Read this first — it will probably save you time
MedicoAlarm has no servers. We do not hold an account for you, and we have never received your medicines, prescriptions, doctors, contacts or voice notes. There is no copy of your data on our side to delete.
Everything you enter lives in exactly two places:
- On your device — always.
- In your own cloud account — only if you turned on iCloud Sync (iOS) or Google backup (Android). That copy belongs to your Apple or Google account. We cannot read it or delete it.
Delete from inside the app
iPhone and Apple Watch
- Open MedicoAlarm and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your data is erased from the device straight away.
- If you used iCloud Sync, also remove the stored copy: Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → MedicoAlarm → Delete Data.
Android and Wear OS
- Open MedicoAlarm and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- If you used Google backup, also remove it at Google Drive → Settings → Manage Apps, then delete MedicoAlarm's hidden app data.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email and age
- Every medicine, schedule, dose history and stock record
- Saved prescriptions and their photos
- Doctors and emergency contacts
- Recorded voice notes
- App settings and your saved sign-in session
Your subscription is separate and is managed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel it — cancel it in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Send a deletion request
Use this if you cannot get into the app — a lost or broken device, or you have already uninstalled it — or if you want written confirmation of what we hold. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
